This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 2323 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided.
Updated: January 2026 | Applies to all registered users in Malaysia
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 2323 platform through the website, mobile app, or any associated services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 2323 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2323 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
The 2323 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that you are using this platform for your own personal use in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Registration, Responsibilities & Security
To access the full features of the 2323 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 2323 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 2323 account.
- Log out of your account after using public or shared devices.
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted under their account complies with these terms, even if that activity was carried out by a third party with or without the user's knowledge.
3. Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 2323 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to use valid payment methods registered in their own name. Using another person's bank account or e-wallet to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
2323 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. This verification process may involve requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or bank statement as a safeguard against financial fraud.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, subject to specific conditions.
- 2323 reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawals for further review if a transaction displays unusual or suspicious patterns.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
All bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate rollover requirements. Users are advised to read the relevant bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer on the 2323 platform.
4. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
2323 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Facilitating or endorsing fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same individual.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or identity verification.
- Engaging in match manipulation, system exploitation, or deliberate technical interference.
If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious violation, 2323 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance without compensation. For account closures requested by the user, any valid credit balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register without written authorisation from the 2323 management team.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 2323 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for any specific purpose. 2323 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2323 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 2323. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 2323 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 2323 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
2323 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with the most recent amendment date noted. You are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Continued use of the 2323 platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may stop using the platform and request account closure through our customer support channel.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed resolution processes, and where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
